At the time I'm writing this, it's been way over a year since any meaningful content was posted to this forum. Also, the last and final version of I Hate Mountains was released almost three years ago. Which is why I believe it is time to definitely pull the plug on this forum which is going to remain in a readonly format from now on.

A warm 'thank you' to everyone that contributed to this project in a way or another! If you really need to contact the team, feel free to shoot us an email, our contact information is right here : http://www.ihatemountains.com/contact-us/

It's 4 AM and im freaked!

I'm going to make this short considering the time I'm writing this but I felt it necessary to post.  Personally I "LOVE!" this campaign!  I LOVE it because it is challenging, new, DETAILED, has depth, and just all in all a good story for a campaign.  I love that you incorporated your own sounds to the game and edited in the vocals for the characters.  It really adds a special touch that makes it feel that much more realistic.

I began hating the maps because it was just downright hard the first time through.  I didn't know where I was going; zombies were EVERYWHERE (seriously, this was freaking me out); I kept running in circles on the 3rd map; I couldn't see ANYTHING (exageration but you guys did a heck of a job making it dark and eerie); and the special infected were brutal.  After my second runthrough, I started to understand where the zombies were coming from and where I needed to go and then I just fell in love with the maps.  They were detailed and full with very little glitches.  Still hard to see with the flashlights but it makes it more challenging.

All in all I'd like to give it a 9 out of 10 (I was booted out from the no-clip glitches 3 times and got stuck in the helicopter on map 2 twice).  I don't know if I'll ever be good enough to do this on expert haha.  They should somehow incorporate this map into the rest of the maps as a DLC type thing.  It would be awesome.

Thanks for the feedback, glad to hear you appreciated it.
We're working on the lighting part to brighten up the outdoor parts a bit but I don't think we're going to rework the underground lighting because, well... it was really meant to be dark. smile
